Location – Celina-Zavode
Celina-Zavode is a small tourist area located in the heart of Dalmatia, only five kilometers south east of Omis. Omis is situated on the mouth of the Cetina river, about 20 km away from the biggest centre of Damatia, Split.
The rich cultural heritage of Omis dates back to the classical era, built and enriched with Venetian, Austrian and French elements which are a testament of their influences in this territory. The Omis swimming marathon, Ludi skokovi (Crazy jumps), the Omis Festival of Dalmatian Songs (Festival dalmatinskih klapa), the Pirate’s night (Gusarska noć) are just a few of the summer manifestations which you can enjoy.
Among many monuments and museums, it is important to mention the church of St. Peter from the 10th century, the Starigrad-Fortica and Mirabella-Peovica fortresses which offer a view of Omis and the Omis channel, proudly testifying its famous pirate history.

The choice of ecological friendly materials for construction and isolation reduces and rationalizes energy consumption, reduces environmental pollution and gas emissions. Low energy standards in construction require energy consumption for heating of 40 kWh/m2 a year and the installations of this object surpass these demands by far.
The design and construction of the building is in accordance with the aesthetic and functional requirements of the investor.
The planned low energy consumption, only 25W/m2, places this object in the A category. An apartment of 100m2 is then heated with 2.5kW, which is extraordinary. ertificates of required thermal energy for heating and thermal energy for cooling show that the facility will have lower investment and maintenance costs, and large annual savings for heating and cooling.
The living spaces face south and use solar energy, and the project also includes pre-installation for solar heating on the west side of the building’s roof.
